Jack Keogh

President

A native of Ireland, Jack Keogh, M.A., A.B.D, may be considered a true “internationalist”.

He has enjoyed a diversified career in consulting and management within corporate and non-profit institutions both in the United States and abroad.

 He developed hands-on consulting skills serving as a Regional Vice President at one of the premier Human Resources consulting firms, headquartered in New York City.  Subsequently, he created and directed the international mobility management programs for a major US corporation. 

He also contributed on a senior management level as chief operations officer for a New York City based professional organization

 As Executive Director of a respected Non Governmental Organization in New York, he worked with international corporations and the European Union to create and direct a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the conflict in Ireland through economic development.  In Mexico City, where he resided for over ten years, he served at the prestigious Anahuac University, a leading university in Latin America.  He has consulted with major multinational corporations and his assignments have led him to many countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.

Most recently, (from 1997 to early 2006) Jack served as Vice President, Human Capital Strategies at Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, a division of Prudential Financial, where he was privileged to help develop the international capabilities of the company

Jack has studied in Spain and Italy, holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from universities in those countries and is fluent in their languages.  He is certified in the use of several assessment instruments including the Myers, Salovey, Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test a powerful ability-based assessment that identifies the four core abilities of emotional intelligence; the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Overseas Assignment Inventory, all of which contribute to his understanding of the cultural dynamics of human capital issues.

He makes many presentations internationally, delivers training, and consults on global human capital development issues. Jack is well known in mobility management and Human Resources circles in the USA, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. where he is a highly regarded and sought after consultant and speaker. 

A native of Dublin, Ireland, he resides with his wife and children in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Pilar Villalon Segui

Partner

Pilar Villalon is a Partner in Keogh & Associates Consulting, LLC.  She also serves as the lead consultant for Latin America.

Based in Mexico City, she focuses especially on the Latin America market.  A clinical psychologist by training, Pilar is a recognized expert in the "Tomatis Method", developed in the 1960's by the French physician, Dr. Alfred A. Tomatis.  Apart from the astounding clinical benefits for those with auditory processing challenges, the Tomatis Method also improves workplace performance, communication skills, stress management and the development of emotional intelligence.  We also use the method for the accelerated learning of foreign languages. Using the method it is possible to learn and retain 50% more in 50% less time which results in substantial savings both for individuals and corporations.

At Keogh & Associates Consulting, LLC, Pilar provides invaluable assessment, training and coaching by combining her knowledge and experience as a psychologist and as an experienced "Tomatis Method" practitioner certified by Tomatis International based in Luxembourg. She manages the intercultural training and relocation services we provide our clients in Mexico.

Vincent Higgins

Associate

Based in Houston, Texas, Vincent Higgins brings extensive experience as a business/personal coach of senior business leaders.  He contributes a unique skill set to Keogh & Associates Consulting, LLC and to our clients that need their senior management to be at their very best.   His broad international experience has prepared him to deliver our specialized intercultural training and international teambuilding.

 Most recently Vincent served as the Director of the prestigious Lumen Institute, Dallas, Texas.

The Lumen Institute is an international organization for the development of senior business leaders.  Vincent founded the Dallas branch of the Institute and was responsible for the strategic development of the organization and the mentoring of CEOs, chairmen of boards, and other senior business executives in leadership and personal decision making.  

Mr. Higgins led this foundation to become a recognized name in business coaching and development.  He established relationships with major universities, developing brand recognition for the Institute and acquiring a reputation for excellence in leadership.   

Vincent specializes in channeling personal drive towards successful leadership.  He coaches executives towards career development geared to an increasingly international environment.  He is trilingual (English, Spanish, and Italian). 

He also has extensive experience in the operations and growth of a number of international non-profit organizations including institutional fundraising and networking where he developed his excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills

Mr. Higgins obtained his undergraduate degree in Physics, Summa Cum Laude at the University of Dallas, Dallas, TX

Vincent pursued a doctoral track in High Energy Physics, at Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana and subsequently obtained  degrees in Philosophy and Theology at the Pontifical University Regina Apostolorum, in Rome, Italy

Patricia Revilla

Associate (Home Finding in Mexico)

Patricia Revilla is our associate responsible for home-finding and real estate in Mexico.

Based in Mexico City, she began her career in real estate in 1994, working with the “Terrum Group”.  With Terrum she participated in the sales of the new homes and apartment complexes in Santa Fe, Mexico City.

Later, she worked for five years on the developments at the Bosques Golf Club en the capital.  She also gained sales experience with developments in resort area of Ixtapa in Guerrero.  In Mexico City, she has been involved with projects in Interlomas, Lomas de las Palmas and the “Residential Lomas” Golf Club.

Patricia eventually set out on her own to work with several well-known Mexican architects selling projects in Lomas de Chapultepec, Santa Fe, Virreyes, Polanco, Bosques de las Lomas, Vista Hermosa and others.

Mrs. Revilla worked as an elementary school teacher at the prestigious “Irish Institute” in Mexico City.  She enjoys her children, her active social life and an on-going passion to keep up with the latest trends in interpersonal development. 

In sum, Patricia possesses thorough knowledge of the housing needs of expatriates in Mexico and has extensive experience in helping them choose the most suitable accommodations.  She is a skilled negotiator well accustomed to going through contracts with a fine tooth-comb in order to obtain the best terms for our corporate clients.
