Jack Keogh A native of Ireland, Jack Keogh, M.A., A.B.D, may be considered a true “internationalist”. He has enjoyed a diversified career in consulting and management within corporate and non-profit institutions both in the United States and abroad. He developed hands-on consulting skills serving as a Regional Vice President at one of the premier Human Resources consulting firms, headquartered in New York City. Subsequently, he created and directed the international mobility management programs for a major US corporation. He also contributed on a senior management level as chief operations officer for a New York City based professional organization As Executive Director of a respected Non Governmental Organization in New York, he worked with international corporations and the European Union to create and direct a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the conflict in Ireland through economic development. In Mexico City, where he resided for over ten years, he served at the prestigious Anahuac University, a leading university in Latin America. He has consulted with major multinational corporations and his assignments have led him to many countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. Most recently, (from 1997 to early 2006) Jack served as Vice President, Human Capital Strategies at Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, a division of Prudential Financial, where he was privileged to help develop the international capabilities of the company Jack has studied in Spain and Italy, holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from universities in those countries and is fluent in their languages. He is certified in the use of several assessment instruments including the Myers, Salovey, Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test a powerful ability-based assessment that identifies the four core abilities of emotional intelligence; the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Overseas Assignment Inventory, all of which contribute to his understanding of the cultural dynamics of human capital issues. He makes many presentations internationally, delivers training, and consults on global human capital development issues. Jack is well known in mobility management and Human Resources circles in the USA, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. where he is a highly regarded and sought after consultant and speaker. A native of Dublin, Ireland, he resides with his wife and children in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Partner Pilar Villalon is a Partner in Keogh & Associates Consulting, LLC. She also serves as the lead consultant for Latin America. Based in Mexico City, she focuses especially on the Latin America market. A clinical psychologist by training, Pilar is a recognized expert in the "Tomatis Method", developed in the 1960's by the French physician, Dr. Alfred A. Tomatis. Apart from the astounding clinical benefits for those with auditory processing challenges, the Tomatis Method also improves workplace performance, communication skills, stress management and the development of emotional intelligence. We also use the method for the accelerated learning of foreign languages. Using the method it is possible to learn and retain 50% more in 50% less time which results in substantial savings both for individuals and corporations. At Keogh & Associates Consulting, LLC, Pilar provides invaluable assessment, training and coaching by combining her knowledge and experience as a psychologist and as an experienced "Tomatis Method" practitioner certified by Tomatis International based in Luxembourg. Associate Pat spent the majority of her twenty-two year career in Human Resources with United Technologies Corporation, including her last position as the Director of the Global Support Team with the Pratt & Whitney division. In that role, Pat was responsible for managing a large population of expatriate and foreign national employees, setting International Human Resources and compensation policies for both military and commercial programs as well as managing several vendor relationships including relocation. Most recently, she held the position of Vice-President of International Operations for Prudential Relocation. Pat provided leadership to the teams that delivered international relocation, assignment management, visa & immigration, compensation and property management services to Prudential’s customers. Her primary responsibilities related to formulating strategy and process development, staffing, coaching and quality assurance. Pat also held positions with UTC in Finance and Strategic Planning in addition to her 20 years in Human Resources. Through these positions and a wide range of travel to Europe, Asia and the Middle East as well as studying abroad, Pat gained extensive international experience and cultural awareness.
